Hi,
need help with a failed renewal of a 12 month Trados Studio subscription, order 771882. The payment has been made, the order has been processed, yet my subscription is still listed as Inactive in my RWS account. The expiry date is set to before the activation date (Expiry date: 30-10-2024, Activation date: 31-10-2024).I renewed yesterday (December 10), so these dates do not make any sense.
This problem has been raised here in the forums several times in the past, there seems to be some issue with the licensing/subscription process itself.
