Hi everyone,
I've requested a trial of Trados 2024, but I cannot launch the app without experiencing issues during the authentication. This is what I'm asked for:
And nothing works, neither if I try to add my license code that I find on my RWS account page, nor if I try to go to the subscription window. I've tried multiple times to uninstall the app and reinstall it, but the issue is still there. I'm becoming hopeless and I have just 14 more days until my trial finishes, without even being able to try it.
what can i do?
