Dear licensing support team,
Because my computer broke down earlier this week, my motherboard and CPU have been replaced. Now Trados no longer recognises my license, and I can’t deactivate the license from my SDL account (I receive an error when I try).
Could you deactivate the license for me so I can reactivate Trados on my computer? Thank you in advance. The Trados version is “SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2 - 15.2.8.3007”.
