In case your computer crashed, or you can no longer access Trados from your old computer, please reset your license from your RWS account – Products&Plans - Licenses&Subscriptions as indicated in the article below: gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge

my computer did not crash, I have this issue since I started to use the studio 2024 trial alongside - I will try the reset but I do not know any activity codes...
Please take a moment to perform the license reset from your RWS account by navigating to the Licenses tab. I've included the workaround steps above for your reference.
