Dear licensing support team,
I also need to deactivate my licence on my laptop, as I have bought a new one. I got an error message when trying to deacticate online. The offline deactivation didn't work neither.
I would be happy if you could help me or deactivate my licence directly. As I will leave on Tuesday and only take the new laptop with me, the problem should be solved quiet urgently.
