I hope someone can help. My recently purchased Studio 2024 package is working fine, but I cannot update it. Cumulative updates fail, with this error message:
I've never had this problem before with AutoUpdate in previous versions of the software.

Thanks for your reply. No, I haven't resolved it. I just tried again, and the process gets all the way to looking for the installation package, and I get this:
When I navigate to that path, it looks like the file is tthere but it's not working. Any ideas?
