Can't deactivate my license on Trados 2021, neither online nor offline

I need help to deactivate my Trados 2021 license on a laptop I would like to stop using. When trying to deactivate it online, the following window appears:

Error message in a software activation window stating 'Deactivation failed. Unable to connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider's settings. - The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.' with an 'Accept' button.

When trying the offline deactivation, I don't see any license on my RWS account. Now i'm stuck and I don't know how to go on.
