I am trying to deactivate my license to activate it in another computer but I get the server error 403. I then have tried to deactivate it offline but I also get an error.

Hi Laura,
Please try and reset the license from your RWS account, Products and Plans - Licenses, https://oos.sdl.com/asp/products/ssl/account/mylicenses/licenses.aspx
And let me know how this goes.
