Trados GroupShare License Reset

Hello,

Due to some technical reasons we had to move the virtual PC with Trados GroupShare 2015 to another platform.
Everything works after the movement, the server is available. The only problem is that the license has not pulled up. I get a note "License Expired", while in my personal account I got the information that the license is being used.
What should be done in this situation to make sure that the license is valid?
