I tried to deactivate Trados 2019 to use it on another computer B, but it doesn't deactivate with server error 403.
Also, in the status of my SDL account, it says that there is one license that can be activated, but when I enter the activation key on computer A that I want to use, a message is displayed telling me to deactivate the another computer B first.
Could you please provide some help? Thank you.
