I purchased the new Computer. I also deactivated SDL Trados from the old computer but cannot activate it in the new computer. The prompt shows that "Could not activate this license - No Licence are currently available for the specified activation code".
I have two licences in my account and only activated one. Please help.

I've noticed that you own a Freelance Plus version, and both activations appear in Use. Before the activation on a new PC, please try a license reset from your RWS account--> Products&Plans--> Licenses tab, and let us know if you encounter any issues.

Thank you for getting back to me, Ana. I have attempted to reset it multiple times, but unfortunately, I’ve been unsuccessful and keep receiving error messages.
