as my previous post suddenly disappeared from this site, I repeat the contents, but it might be sent twice.
Trying to return my license of my old 2019 Studio Pro version in order to upgrade to Studio 2024 on a new PC, I fail to return the old license online as well as offline.
I need a new activation code for the new PC and the 2024 upgrade. Could you help, please?
