Hello
By accident I've done two orders for Trados Studio 2024 Freelance when I only needed one license (obviously).
Consequently I'd like to have the duplicate pending order cancelled but the RWS support is the most user-unfriendly and labyrinthian I've ever seen and I can't seem to be able to find how to do that or have this done.
The order in question that I need to have cancelled is order n°775080.
If anyone could help in resolving this frustrating situation it'd be greatly appreciated.
