My activation code does not work

Hello,

I have installed Studio 2019 (bought SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus in 2019) on my new computer but when using my activation code I get an error code.

I think it is because I have Trados 2019 installed on my former laptop and I have not deactivated it from that laptop (the laptop has crashed and I cannot open any files). 

So I want help to deactivate Trados from my former laptop so I can activate the code on my new computer. I am using the Trail free version in the meantime.
