Having trouble with activating Trados 2019, error message

Hi Team,

I am having trouble activating Trados Studio 2019. My Account says that my license is in use, but when opening Trados I am asked to activate the product with Activation code. Then I get the following error message:

Activation failed. 

Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address and and the provider settings. - The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.

Can you help me out with this?
