Some weeks ago, my laptop needed a repair (screen hardware issue).
For this reason, I backed up all my files and deactivated my Trados Studio 2022 license.
I re-installed Trados after receiving my repaired laptop, but it seems impossible to activate my license again (even a reset through my RWS account).
Every time I try to use my licens key in order to activate my subscription, I keep receiving the following message:
Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this issue?
