Reset License Trados 2019 - Case No. 00882977

I've followed all the procedures, even managed to generate the activation certificate, but my subscription still won't validate. Case No. 00882977

Error message on RWS Account page stating 'An error has occurred' with instructions to reload the page and a note that an email has been sent to the system support team.

Notification on RWS Account page indicating 'Reset of license successful' for SDL Trados Studio with a request to wait 30 minutes before re-activating the license.

Note that I waited again 50 minutes after this message and it still didn't work.
