I purchased an upgrade from Studio 2021 Freelance to Studio 2024 Freelance yesterday and have deactivated Studio 2021 but have not received a license for Studio 2024. Please help!

I purchased an upgrade from Studio 2021 Freelance to Studio 2024 Freelance yesterday and have deactivated Studio 2021 but have not received a license for Studio 2024. Please help!
After you make your purchase, the upgrade is going to be in your RWS account – Products&Plans – Licenses&Subscriptions. To process the upgrade please follow the steps below:
Log in into your RWS account
Click on Products&Plans - Licenses&Subscriptions
Click on the blue ribbon that holds the message 'You have 1 upgrade available'
On the page that appears click on Upgrade button again and allow the system to process the upgrade, it may take a few minutes.
Once all done return to Licenses tab where the Trados Activation Code will now appear.
