Hi,
I changed to a new laptop and when installing Trados it can't recognize my license or the activate code
how can I solve this?
May I deactivate it from my old laptop and that will help? I just want to be sure before I deactivate so as not to remain without Trados in any PC

If you need to transfer your license from one computer to another, please deactivate the license from your old computer before you install the software on the new computer. Also, if you need to install Windows again on your computer, please deactivate Trados first, because you are going to need to install it again after the installation of Windows is done.
You can download the installer for Trados from your RWS account – - Products&Plans - Downloads tab, install it and then activate the license on your computer.
To deactivate the license from the product, please open Trados and select Help - Product Activation - and click on Deactivate button. You can find a step-by-step guide using one of the links below:
