How can I deactivate my SDL Trados Studio 2017 license on one of two devices

Hello everybody,

I have a similar issue as

"not possible to connect to the activation server, please check the address of the activation server in the settings of your provider...not possible to create a protected SSL TLS channel"

not sure what to enter in the box "authorisation of deactivation", if I enter the email address, it says "the specified deactivation certificate may be invalid. Please compare the deactivation certificate with the authorisation in your SDL account"


Can you help me here?
