I have installed Studio 2024 and deactivated my 2021 license. Although I have purchased the upgrade to 2024, the is not license key in my account for 2024 and I'm unable to activate the 2024 version.

I have just verified your account and you do have the Activation code for Trados 2024 under the Licenses tab in tour RWS account.
Can you please confirm this situation was solved?

Yes, I figured out that I needed to upgrade my license, but I'm still not able to activate Studio 2024.
When asked to enter the activation code, I enter "xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx" and receive the following message: Activation Failed - No License are currently available for the specified activation code"
