Failing activation of the customer's cloud account

Hi All,

I have the same problem you successfully solved on November 2024.

Besides my personal account, I use the customer's account on cloud. This one doesn't work again. It is not possible to switch from my personal account to that of the customer.

This time I also receive an error message on my personal account: You have reached the maximum number of accounts "1" for your subscription.

So I'm not able to work neither on my personal account nor on that of my customer.
