Hello
I would like to activate my licence on a new computer.
The licence is no longer active on my old computer, I no longer have access to it and the program closes automatically.
Despite this, my Trados account indicates that the licence is active and therefore not available.
When I download Trados from my account in my new computer, the programme says that it's a trial version.
It's really urgent for my work.
