deactivation initiated but an error occurred

Hello,

I deactivated offline my license on 2 old computers and gave my certificates back, but an error occurred and I cannot confirm the deactivation offline in my rws account, so the licenses result still active, but locally they are already deactivated.

I got two offline deactivation authorisation codes by email.

How do I have to proceed now?
