Thank you for your advice.
I tried to diactivate the Trados Studio 2019 Professional network licenses on Trados License Manager, but it just diplay the error I reported.
I don't have a SMA, and would like to try Offline deactivation in the article Offline activation and deactivation of a Network License for Trados Studio 2021/Passolo 2022 and later, and it navigates to https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000002535 page. I visited my account site and tried to log a case from Support page, but the support page itself shows the errror as below.
It would be very helpful if you could provide me direct support via email.
