Have been trying to deactivate (and then activate) my Trados license on my PC after installation of new operating system. "Reset license" is not given as an option! I've been promised support within 48 hours, but that was four days ago.

You don`t have the Reset license option because you still have an available activation. Please try to activate Studio and when both activations show as In use in your account the Reset license option will be available. If it doesn`t work to reset your license at that point I`ll raise a support case for you to have the license reset. If you already have a support case open please let me know the case number.

For some reason, my Trados Studio works all of a sudden, even without having entered an Installation ID. Go figure!
