I just updated to the 2024 version and installed the Antidote plugin. I am unable to launch the app. It crashes during the opening and I am teherfore unable to work.
Can you please help me?

Close Trados Studio. Paste this C:\Users\%username%AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio and delete both the folder 18 and Studio18
Restart Trados Studio, go to Add-Ins and reinstall the Antidote from there. Restart Studio again. It should work now.
