I click on "Reset license" in my licenses/subscriptions page, and nothing happens. It is a clickable link, but nothing happens.

Your license is now available, and you have successfully reset it. You are all set to install it on your new PC. You can check that by accessing your RWS account and navigating to the Products & Plans section and selecting the Licenses & Subscriptions tab. You will see that  your license is Available.

You can install Trados from your RWS account - Products and Plans - Downloads The Activation Code can be found in Products and Plans - Licenses.
