Hello,
We are unable to retrieve a license from the license server, version SDL Studio 2017.
I am encountering the following issue:
- Although there are no SDL Studio users, there seem to be three licences active
- When I try to deactivate seats it gives me the following error:
The only thing that has changed is that the licensing server does not have a public IP address anymore, only a private one.
Please assist me with the following questions:
Does the server require a public IP address to work?
Where can I go to change the current address that was set?
