Unable to retrieve license from license server

Hello,

We are unable to retrieve a license from the license server, version SDL Studio 2017.

I am encountering the following issue:

  1. Although there are no SDL Studio users, there seem to be three licences active
  2. When I try to deactivate seats it gives me the following error:


Error message in SDL License Manager stating 'Provider error occurred, code 0. Could not revoke this license. - Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings. - The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.'

The only thing that has changed is that the licensing server does not have a public IP address anymore, only a private one.

Please assist me with the following questions:

Does the server require a public IP address to work?
Where can I go to change the current address that was set?
