Hi,
a few days ago we changed the computer's hard disk because it was no longer working. We deactivated and reactivated one Trados 2017 licence offline, but it does not allow us to do the same thing with the extra licence. When we try to deactivate and reactivate it offline we don't get the emails with the codes.
What should we do?
