Cannot activate 2019

Question

Hello! Still need help. 
 Cannot activate 2019 with the license no., and offline activation asksfor an ID instalation number, which I don't know where to find. Please help!

Hi Patricia, 
 Your Activation Code is in your RWS account - under Licenses tab. 
 You have a Trados 2019 Plus license so you can activate Trados on two devices. One code appears already in use, but you have another free to activate.
