Activate subscription with another email linked to the same account

Hello,

Yesterday we bought two annual subscriptions for Trados freelance. We have several profiles linked to this account, but it only allows us to activate the product with which the purchase was made. Is there no way to activate it with another team profile? As it is not safe to share credentials between users. When we try it, we get the following screenshot that I attach. The thing is that the accounts are linked, I don't understand what can happen.
