Good morning, I need help with Trados Studio deactivation/activation
I am trying to deactivate Studio (SDL Trados Studio 2011 Freelance Plus) in my old laptop and activate it in the new desktop. During this process, I have had two issues: 1. I have inserted the deactivation certificate number in the respective page, but nothing seems to happen. 2. After downloading the files, right in the beginning of the installation, I receive an error message and cannot proceed.

Engineering and technical support for Trados Studio 2011 and MultiTerm Desktop 2011 ended on December 30, 2015. From this date, services covered under standard agreements, including technical support and licensing support, are no longer available.
