Trados Studio 2024 crashing on startup after unwanted Windows upgrade

I think my computer must have undergone an unwanted Windows 10 up grade the last time I rebooted, and now Trados Studio 2024 crashes on startup.

Originally, the program would start to launch, show the usual box to cancel startup of the LanguageWeaver plug-in I've had to live with since I've upgraded to version 2024, and then crash when it said it was "Initializing views..." if that's the way it's worded. It did this even after a Windows 10 reboot.

Then I installed Trados Studio 2024 CU2 and restarted Windows. When I tried to launch Trados Studio again, I got the same crash.

I'm really desperate, because I have to get my work done NOW, and it appears RWS doesn't have anywhere on the site to file a support ticket like SDL used to.

Please help.
