Unable to save files with Trados 2024 and trying to upgrade to newest version

I installed Trados Studio 2024 and it went well, but it kept giving me an error when trying to save files after translating them. ("Access to the path ... is denied")
 
The version I downloaded was 
TradosStudio2024_18.0.0.1013.exe
 
My research online led me to an RWS forum for support here where I found out there were newer versions. I tried to install it (18.0.1...) but it did not work well and I never even got to see where the tool was downloaded, and where to enter license number, etc. 
Under my account, I saw that there was a newer version--TradosStudio2024_18.0.2.3255. Is this the one I need to upgrade to? Will this fix the problem of not being able to save? 
 Can you help me? Thanks in advance.

    Seems like your Documents folder is being placed in OneDrive and permanently synchronized. Even updating to the version you quoted 18.0.2.3255 will most probably not solve the problem. So before you update, change the location of your Documents folder and move it out from OneDrive.
