I want to deactivate Trados 2017 but no longer have access to the computer it is activated on.

Hi, after a hiatus I want to use Trados Studio 2017 Freelance Plus. I no longer have access to the computer it was last installed on and so cannot deactivate. When trying to do it 'offline' I get this message: "An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request". Please help. Thanks.
