Ok, I‘m not sure what this has to do with my 2021 account. I was hoping to keep Trados 2021 activated on another laptop (via my licence) because I don’t want to migrate existing projects and want to keep working in 2021 until those projects are complete.
my question was specifically about 2024, which I‘m trying to install on a new laptop.
As mentioned, this is about the Language cloud account, which can only be one per e-mail address. You can continue to use your Trados 2021 desktop version. The technical team will contact you.
Kind regards,
