License deactivation/reactivation

Hello,

Where can I get that Installation ID? When I click deactivate offline - get an offline deactivation certificate, it requires an installation ID but I have no idea where to get it?

I just need to deactivate on one computer to activate on another.

Not possible to do online - pls see the pic.Screenshot of SDL Trados Studio 2019 Product Activation window showing an error message 'Deactivation failed. Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings.' with an error code (403) Forbidden.

    Thanks but it is NOT. The same issue as when trying to deactivate. Impossible online, the offline option requires the Installation ID.

    Which was actually my  initial question - I hope that I can do everything with that ID, just please tell me where can I find it. Hopefully not on my invoice as it was archived a long time ago. 

    Can I find this in my account details?

    FYI The Czech part of error message says "Remote server returned an error. (403) Forbidden
