yes, I had this question as well. I may have to do without my Number 1 laptop for a few days. My #2 is a bit older but still works.I tried to activate it but it shut down.

Trados 2022 Professional can only be activated on one device at a time, but it can be moved if you need to change PCs. Have you tried a reset of your license? https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038545

Sorry, I should mention I'm using Freelance but had the same issue. Do I need to deactivate the the license and then reset it so I can use it on the other device?

Lene the same goes for Trados Freelance. You need to reset the license so that you can activate on another device. More details in this article:  05.7. How to... Transfer my existing licence to a new computer?
