I deactivated my license about two months ago I guess.
I might be wrong or it was not successful and it is in use now.
Could you help with it, as I need to start my project soon?

HiEunsuk Park thank you for the post! In case your computer crashed, or you can no longer access Trados from your old computer, please reset your license from your RWS account – Products&Plans - Licenses&Subscriptions as indicated in the article below: Reset single user license article
Please note the process can take around 30 minutes. If you no longer can reset the license by yourself, please let us know!
