trados 2017を長い間使用していなかったのですが、つい最近使用しようと思ったところ「Unexpected exception when getting view part instance of view part 翻訳結果」という表示が出てしまいファイルが読み込めません。一度アンインストールして、もう一度インストールしなおそうと思うのですがやり方を教えてください。よろしくお願いいたします。

Thank you for your reply. Actually I had tried this method before I got a reply from you, but did not work. When I try to load a Word file to Trados "Translation Memory and Document Setting" pane appears. Although I am clicking "OK", it does not show any reaciotns.
I do not know what to do. Please assist me with this issue.
