When I try to setup my SDL Trados Studio, it asks for joining SDL customer Experience Improvement Program. There is no option to join it. What I should do to finish my setup.

When I try to setup my SDL Trados Studio, it asks for joining SDL customer Experience Improvement Program. There is no option to join it. What I should do to finish my setup.

I cannot finish the setup, and when I click on help, it requires user name and password. When I give my username and password of my account, it shows it as wrong username and password.
I cannot finish the setup, and when I click on help, it requires user name and password. When I give my username and password of my account, it shows it as wrong username and password.
How can I resolve this User name/Password Issue to optout for completing the setup. Please guide me.

Why do you click Help instead of Next and then Finish?
