When I try to setup my SDL Trados Studio, it asks for joining SDL customer Experience Improvement Program. There is no option to join it. What I should do to finish my setup.

I cannot finish the setup, and when I click on help, it requires user name and password. When I give my username and password of my account, it shows it as wrong username and password.
How can I resolve this User name/Password Issue to optout for completing the setup. Please guide me.

Why do you click Help instead of Next and then Finish?

I do but the finish option is not active.Thats why I go to help option.
What happens when you click Next? Could you please provide a screenshot after you click on the Next button?

It takes me to this option. Then I don't know which User name or Password to use. As it does not work with my already SDL Account Username and Password.

So if I understand correctly, you are shown the same interface when you click Help and when you click Next?
