Hello dear,
I have one Trados 2024 Freelance licence and am been using it daily. After changing my PC display name, I can't log in Trados 2024.
Trados shows I need to re-activate it. Firstly I tried to reset my license on my PC. However, it shows I have exceeded the reset limitation.
I need your support to de-activate my license and activate it again as soon as possible.
