Cannot deactivate Studio 2021 online or offline

Hi, 

I am trying to deactivate one of my computers to use Studio 2021 on another one.

Trying to deactivate online, I get this.

Error dialog box with a red cross symbol indicating 'Deactivation failed. Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings. - The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.'

I tried to deactivate offline, and I get this:

Error dialog box with a red cross symbol showing 'Failed to deactivate offline. The specified deactivation authorization may not be valid. Validate your deactivation authorization against the authorization in your SDL Account.'

Can you please help? I need this ASAP...
