"Your RWS ID is not linked to any cloud account"

I started using the trial version of Trados Studio 2024 on March 6, which is also the date when I purchased a 12-month subscription.

However, now when I try to sign in to Trados Studio 2024 to activate my subscription after the trial period has ended, I receive the following error message: "Your RWS ID is not linked to any cloud account."

Please, I need URGENT assistance in this matter!
