I have some issues with the reactivation of a Trados Studio 2019 licence.
The reseting function doesn't work anymore. And the offline mode neither.
Did I reached a limit with these reseting? I already reactivate the licence last, but Studio want the activation key once again this week.

P.S. When I try to reset the licence on OOS, I only see the name of the product and the activation key, but no button to confirm the resetting.
The license needs to be reset from your RWS account, Products and Plans - Licenses. oos.sdl.com/.../licenses.aspx
There is a reset license button:

Unfornatunatly, I have no "Confirm" button when I click on "Reset Licence".
I tried already with several browser but I cannot find any option to proceed the resetting
There is an ongoing issue with the licensing system. The technical team is working on it at the moment. Will let you know once the issue is solved.
If it is very urgent, could you perhaps use Trados 2019 in trial mode for the time being?

Thanks! I'll try again tomorrow and hope I'll be able to reset the licence. Unfortunatly for my colleage, the trial mode is already expired.
