Problem with activation/deactivation of a Trados Studio 2019 Licence

I have some issues with the reactivation of a Trados Studio 2019 licence.

The reseting function doesn't work anymore. And the offline mode neither.

Did I reached a limit with these reseting? I already reactivate the licence last, but Studio want the activation key once again this week.
