Hello!
I want to "transfer" my Studio 2021 license on my new computer.
On the old one, I tried to deactivate it online, but it fails.
I tried offline, got a loooooooooong string of deactivation code that I copied and paste as required, but I got transfered to this page after it failed too.
What is the next step ? Any tips please?

Pease do a reset of the license so that you can return it and have it free again, and then you can proceed to Activate it on the new laptop, please follow the instructions in this article here: Reset Single User License
